The first step is the consultation. I offer a free, 15 minute phone call about my services. During this call I would like to find out what brings you to therapy. Some questions I may ask include:

  • Have you ever been in therapy before?

  • What are some of the concerns or struggles you are currently dealing with?

  • What type of treatment are you looking for?

During this call you can also ask me questions you may have. At the end of the call, if you are interested in setting up an appointment and it seems like my services are a good fit, we will go on to schedule the evaluation appointment(s).
