You may be here because
You may be feeling worried, overwhelmed, or unsure how to help. Maybe things at home have become more tense, emotional, or exhausting, and you want support that helps you better understand what is going on and respond in ways that feel more effective.
How Parent Support Can Help
Parent support can help you feel more grounded, more informed, and more confident in how you respond to your child or teen.
Better understand your child's behavior and emotions
Respond with more clarity and confidence
Reduce shame, blame, and power struggles
Strengthen support and connection at home
Feel less alone in the process
What Parent Support May Look Like
Parent support sessions are offered as part of your child’s therapy and provide space to talk through concerns, better understand patterns you may be seeing at home, and think together about responses that are more supportive and effective. Depending on your family’s needs, this may include guidance around emotions, behavior, school stress, family dynamics, or communication at home.
SPACE-Informed Support
Some families may also benefit from SPACE-informed support, which focuses on helping parents respond to their child's anxiety in ways that build resilience over time.
