I've been working with young people and families for over a decade, and I specialize in helping children and teens navigate anxiety, mood changes, relationship issues, school difficulties, and big life transitions. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies and personalized techniques, I help my clients build resilience and develop the skills to lead fulfilling lives. I earned my undergraduate degree from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

I received my Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University in New York, New York.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New York (License #086728) and Connecticut (License #10859).
​
I have over a decade of experience working with children, teens, and their families.

I’ve worked in an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital supporting preteens in crisis.
​
I spent more than five years working in primary care centers along pediatricians and other medical providers, helping children and teens connect to and engage in therapy. ​

I’m passionate about helping children and teens connect to their emotions, express their needs, and utilize coping skills.
